A lifelong learner, I've been teaching since I held backyard classes for neighborhood friends. I've studied and taught science and technology as well as English. I am restarting my longtime private teaching business with my son who went to Caltech. We plan to build a tiny home and homestead while teaching math, science, and English via video chat to teens and college students nationwide.

While I've executed a few DIY projects now and then over the years, I'm eager to do more and improve my chops in advance of building a tiny home with my young adult son and probably a small collection of volunteers and some paid pros when needed.

Right now, my focus is on setting up a very small apartment for two people, my son and I so that we can live cheaply yet comfortably and work from home.
