Renovating a home originally built in 1910. Was inherited from my parents. Have redone a lot of the framing, plumbing, roofing, and electrical. This thing has been a nightmare financially and on my time, but I hope to pass along the lessons to save you time, money, and emotional distress.

Refurbished our current home that my wife and I live in. That is in Anaheim Hills, CA. Redid the full interior: repaint, new flooring, etc. Those were hired out. I did the small electrical and plumbing upgrades.
